She expressed a number of concerns with Dr. Putman that included nasal deformity (bump on the nose), weak chin, sagging skin on the face and neck and wrinkles around the eyes. Dr. Putman decided to perform a Rhinoplasty, a Chin augmentation with chin implant, a Face and Neck lift and Laser Resurfacing around the eyes.
