Debbie Pittman,
RN, BSN, Surgical Coordinator

Debbie is involved in patient care from consultation to post-op, including answering questions, scheduling surgical procedures, meeting  with patients before surgery to give them instructions, taking care of them during surgery as the circulating nurse, and after surgery in the recovery room.  She is also there for patients postoperatively for any questions they may have.  Debbie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Bradley University.  She has been an RN for over 27 years, and involved with surgical care since 1988.  She enjoys the continuity of care she has with our patients – from beginning to end.

Kara Casper,
Patient Care Coordinator

Kara’s  primary duties are receptionist, assisting with the surgery scheduling and pre-op and post-op photography.  She is knowledgeable about all of our treatments and procedures and can assist you with appointments, pricing or other concerns.  Kara is extremely capable and enthusiastic about quality patient care and strives to ensure that you have an excellent experience at our office.  Kara has been in the medical field for over twenty years.

Kara’s Helpful Tip – "Always apply facial products from thin to thick.  Your serums go on first, followed by your moisturizer."

Kari Jones,
Licensed Esthetician

Kari's passion for caring for others began during her 18 years in the medical field.  She obtained her Esthetics license in 1999.  She has trained extensively in Chicago, Las Vegas, New York and Paris, France.  Kari's training in Miami in Brazillian waxing has made her a pioneer in all forms of waxing.  Kari has been certified in PCA skin care, IPL treatments, Ulthera treatments and Light Sheer Hair removal.  She provides microdermabrasion and make-up consultations. She loves what she does and believes it shows in each customized service she provides.

Mary Knaak,
Surgical Technician

 

Mary is Dr. Putman’s Surgical Technician.  She is in charge of preparing the operating room for surgical procedures, making sure all instruments, supplies and equipment are ready before the surgical procedure begins.  She is responsible for maintaining the sterile field, passing instruments to Dr. Putman and assisting him.  After procedures, she is in charge of cleaning and sterilizing the room and instruments in preparation for the next patient.

Mary’s Helpful Tip – "Wear at least a 25 SPF sunscreen every day."


Terri Gruber,
LPN

Teri is Dr. Putman’s office nurse.  She takes care of patients during office visits and assists Dr. Putman with injections and laser procedures.  She also helps with pre and post op patient care and patient photography.

Teri’s Helpful Tip – "Cleanse and hydrate your face every night."

 

 

Ashley Aeschleman,
LMT, NCTM

Ashley is an expert licensed massage therapist who performs all aspects of massage therapy, including therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, pregnancy massage, and more. She is certified in Lightsheer Hair Removal, IPL Photofacials, Ulthera Ultasound as well as Accent Body Contouring. In addition, she performs cosmetic consultation for make-up, fantasy spray tans, body exfoliation treatments and assists with post-operative care with Oxymist and LED light treatments.

Ashley's Helpful Tip - "Drink at least eight glasses of water daily. Proper hydration is essential for healthy muscle function as well as younger looking skin."

Facility

Dr. Putman performs most of his surgical procedures in his own surgicalfacility. By utilizing his own facility and surgical equipment, patients avoid the extra hassle and inflated costs of having their procedures performed in a hospital. Dr. Putman's conveniently located facility is devoted exclusively to the surgical treatment and care of cosmetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgery patients of all ages. The surgery center provides a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere as well as a confidential experience. The center provides a constant learning environment, as Dr. Putman frequently instructs residents and other surgeons. The Facial Plastic and Laser Surgery Center is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC), the gold standard in outpatient surgical facility accreditation.

Cosmetic surgery patients have the option to recover overnight in our adjacently located recovery care center associated with Peoria Day Surgery Center. Comfortable, private rooms and nursing care are provided.
